One of my life's true pleasures is enjoying a delicious breakfast shake. I really like Spiru-tein because it has zero fat and delivers a healthy infusion of plant-based protein to my shakes. It also provides a broad range of minerals and an awesome 100% of the Daily Value of all vitamins.
The container includes a (large!) scoop, and one rounded scoop is only 120 calories. Just be sure to put the milk in first, otherwise the powder will stick to the blender. Yuck!
