Spiru-tein High Protein Breakfast Shake

One of my life's true pleasures is enjoying a delicious breakfast shake. I really like Spiru-tein because it has zero fat and delivers a healthy infusion of plant-based protein to my shakes. It also provides a broad range of minerals and an awesome 100% of the Daily Value of all vitamins. 

The container includes a  (large!) scoop, and one rounded scoop is only 120 calories.  Just be sure to put the milk in first, otherwise the powder will stick to the blender. Yuck!

Spiru-tein Shake

  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 cup Dole Ready Cut Strawberries, Peaches, Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1 scoop Nature's Plus Pina Colada Spiru-Tein Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon wheat germ
Spiru-tein High Protein Breakfast Shake
Combine milk, frozen fruit, and Spiru-Tein powder in a blender.  Pour into a glass and top with wheat germ.  Enjoy!
