The Cooking Monk has outdone himself with this cookbook. Every recipe is amazing and most pages are accompanied by Brother Victor-Antoine's d'Avila-Latourrette's insights and motivational anecdotes.  I think he is a Cooking Genius.

This soup is delicious and made me feel like I was five years old again. The flavor is extremely sweet, so you may want to pair it with a slice of bland toast or crackers. This is a soup that children and adults alike can enjoy on a cold wintry day by the fire.
