Peanut Butter Banana Raisin Sandwich

This is the first time I have eaten a peanut butter-banana-raisin sandwich, and it is so good!  To cut down on fat and calories, I used a 45 calorie whole wheat bread (Sara Lee Delightful). I absolutely love Sara Lee's Delightful brand. Peanut Butter Surprise

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Spread the peanut butter on both bread slices. Top one slice with banana slices, raisins, and remaining bread.

Variation: substitute any nut butter, in place of peanut butter.
Top filling with light coating of sorghum.
