Healthy Iced Almond Coffee

Ingredients
  • 6 ½ cups freshly brewed strong coffee
  • ¼  cup plus 1 tablespoon superfine sugar (or 7½ packets of Splenda)
  • 1½ cups skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
Preparation
  1. Combine brewed coffee and sugar; stir until well blended and let cool.
  2. Stir in milk and almond. Chill thoroughly.
  3. To serve, pour coffee mixture over ice in serving glasses; serve immediately.
