Strawberry Girl Smoothie Recipe


  • 2 1/2 cup strawberries-fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups almond nutmilk or malted vanilla soymilk
  • ice (optional); or 1/2 cup frozen banana
  • 2+ Tablespoon honey

1) Combine milk with strawberries in the blender and puree smooth.
2) Add ice or a small bit of frozen banana and reblend until smooth and creamy.
This is a delicious post-workout or breakfast smoothie.  I used frozen bananas rather than ice cubes, but you wouldn't know it.  This smoothie is all about strawberries!
